Media Consent

I consent to being photographed, recorded, or having my testimonial or image used in promotional materials for Connected888, without expectation of compensation.

Data Privacy

General Release

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Connected888 and its representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation in this event.
